In January 2012, we teamed up with Michael Coates to provide a range of HR Support Services.  Michael provides management consultancy and executive coaching for many leading organisations, having formerly been European HR Leader for a multinational corporation.  Profiled by the Times 100 for a best in class recruitment team, Michael has recruited managers and professionals across Europe, Middle East and Africa.  Author of Psychology and Organisations, British Psychological Society certified and an experienced psychometric practitioner, Michael places great emphasis on using business psychology to improve the effectiveness of employee selection and development.  Michael holds an MA in HR Strategy, DMS plus a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma and is a qualified teacher (PGCE).  He is also an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching (AMAC) and is one of only a few UK coaches to hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.

Renowned for his confident and engaging style of delivery, Michael can quickly help organisations analyse their issues and he excels at both one to one group training/coaching.
